Claude Peers MCP lets Claude Code sessions on the same machine see each other and exchange messages. A local broker registers the sessions and delivers messages right away.

What it does

Sessions list each other and send direct messages
Each session announces what it is working on in a short summary
Pinned peer ids: long-lived clients keep the same address across restarts
File inbox: messages also reach sessions without the development channel
The broker answers only local requests and refuses browser-originated ones
